The Acetánia Vinegar Museum was founded by the Association of Wine and Fruit Vinegar Producers with the aim of bringing back the values ​​of the Hungarian wine and fruit vinegar tradition, which was interrupted in the last century, to the present. We would like to present this ancient craft, its origins, scientific and cultural background, and the vinegar-making processes.

Our museum is located in the cellar of the Borecet Művek in Bodrogkeresztúr, and in addition to its unique atmosphere, it not only contributes to broadening our gastronomic culture, but also provides a lasting taste experience for visitors to the Tokaj Hegyalja settlements, giving a more complete picture to those interested in the heritage of the landscape.
